Besides taking English as a second language in High School, I travelled
for half a year in North America at the age of eighteen.
My first profession as water and sanitation engineer took me abroad
from 1995 on, English becoming the first language for my professional activities since then.
One contract in particular was for 13 months with a British organization.
I later worked for one year and a half as patent examiner at the
European
Patent Office in The Hague, where English is the main
working language.
Most of my work nowadays is in English.
